Postmark Gelato

“handmade italian ice cream, sandwiches and postcards”
Sitting by Postmark’s mosaic fountain with a dish of gelato on a sunny day transports me into charming European daydreams... This gem of a gelateria serves fabulous panini and luscious gelato, making it one of my favorite Fremont spots for lunch, dessert, or just a little pick-me-up treat. The sandwiches are large and tasty. Every flavor of gelato I tried has been great, but I particularly love the ginger paired with the dark chocolate. The staff has been very willing to offer tastes and taste combo recommendations. You can also buy zany and creative post cards singly or by the box.

Brette, Hugo, and I ate here the day of the Fremont Solstice Parade last year. I had a panini with chicken breast, red bell peppers, and pesto. It was good, but a little dry. The place is quite cute.
