La Carta de Oaxaca
From eat.shop.seattle, pg 35:
“In Seattle, people like to gripe about the traffic, gray days and a lack of good regional Mexican food. But the griping came to an end with the advent of La Carta de Oaxaca (at least when it came to food). The Oaxacan cuisine here is the real thing and of course the restaurant features what the Oaxacans created centuries ago: mole. In Oaxaca if you ask where the best mole is, the answer is always “in mom’s kitchen”. The black chile mole here is right up there with mom’s; you don’t even have to ask.”
I’m not sure how this compares to Austin, but it sounds like it’s worth a shot :)
