Welcome to Sage's Wiki

This wiki is the collaborative space for Seattle trip planning. Feel free to start adding content and pages.

  • Remember the syntax help page if you are not sure how to write something
  • Sage’s little TODO List for the Wiki itself

so how would i go about adding a new page?
--kayla

It’s easy! Just write a word and put double square brackets around it, like this: another page! Then, click on your new link, and write that page. –sage

hey sage. i'll do some research myself, but i'm also wanting to go to a museum if they have a neat exhibit while i'm there and maybe check out some unique handmade arts/crafts sort of stuff. and i'll try to get around to figuring out the link colors for the wiki soon. -kayla

Hey Kayla, you should check out the Experience Music Project. -Brette

that looks fun, thanks! -kayla

I have just updated the wiki so that it shows the time stamps in Pacific Time, rather than Mountain Time which it has been doing by default. — sage 04/02 10:51

  • Sage the Entertainment Book for the Greater Seattle/Eastside has a coupon for the museum of flight and experience music project. I’m going to buy one online.-Mom

Wait, wait. I get super discounts already with my Microsoft Prime Card. Site is here. $10/person for EMP and $3/person (not the discount, the price) for the Museum of Flight.

Great! I was waiting for your answer before I purchased, just in case.

KAYLA, I came across this award winning Italian Rest. You might like it? Mom 4-15-06http://seattle.citysearch.com/profile/10781284?raid=212406

Hi Kitamorns (& Brette), I am Sage’s co-worker Jonah, a three-year veteran of Seattle. You guys have already covered some of my favorite places, but here are my 2 cents. For breakfast, Hi-Spot in Madrona is fantastic, especially on a sunny day. For lunch, if you like Mexican food, try Agua Verde Paddle Club, very authentic and right on the ship canal in the south part of the U District. And for dinner, make a reservation at Matt’s in the Market – a great little place in Pike Place. Machiavelli is great for reasonably priced, no-nonsense Italian food. Most Seattle restaurants are veggie friendly. Cafe Flora is a local veggie favorite; Via Tribunali has great veggie and non-veggie pizza. Enjoy your stay!

4-20-06 Hi Jonah. Thanks for the 2 cents. We’re pretty Seattle poor. But, thanks to good books and good advice we should have a vacation worth a million in memories.–Mom

Kayla, thanks for trying to fix my entries. It’s not doing it now.(I hope) Suzi from The Biggest Loser lives and has a business in Seattle.
